Making a booking for your dog to have a holiday with us can be done quickly and easily online. If you know the dates your dog will be staying with us, you are welcome to fill in our booking form below. It’s important to be aware when booking online that bookings are not finalised until you have received an email confirmation from us, although you can be assured the availabilities shown are accurate.
Being a family business, with young children to manage and a sheep and alpaca farm to run, family time is important to us, so we would appreciate your assistance by dropping off or picking up your dogs only during our normal opening hours. If you need to drop off or pick up outside of these times then arrangements must be made in advance. Extra fees may apply.
Visitors are welcome by appointment seven days a week.
Unlike many other kennel establishments out there, not only are we happy to show clear and large pictures of our accommodation facilities online, but we are also happy to show our visitors EVERY part of our facility in person too!
We don’t use any excuse to keep you out of some areas of our facility as visitors don’t, and won’t, upset the dogs because the dogs aren’t stressed or desperate for some company or affection or attention.
We are PROUD of our facilities and actually WANT you to see them so that you, too, realise that there is no better facility for your dogs than Snuggles Pet Resort – what a boarding kennels should be!

Winter Opening Hours
In an effort to provide customers with safer drop-off and pick-up times during the winter period, when it gets dark early and there is plenty of wildlife on the roads in early mornings and dusk, Snuggles Pet Resort is now open only between the following hours:
7 Days – Monday – Sunday including public holidays
9.00am – 11.00am
3.00pm – 5.00pm
Summer Opening Hours
When the warmer months arrive (daylight savings begins) we will again extend our opening hours to:
Monday to Friday
8.30am – 11.00am and 3.00pm to 5.30pm
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
9.00am – 11.00am and 3.00pm to 5.30pm
We are closed between 11.00am and 3.00pm for cleaning and maintenance and no drop-offs or pick-ups will be accepted during these times unless prior arrangement has been confirmed with Snuggles management.
While we will maintain some flexibility for customers unable to meet our new times for whatever genuine reason, mostly from customers further than two hours travel away from our premises, this will ONLY occur if prior arrangements have been made.
This out-of-hours service is strictly limited for essential needs only and additional fees may apply in some circumstances. Genuine requests (made nicely) will be given maximum cooperation. Demands made by the self-entitled will be unsuccessful.
